What's it all about?

We want to see your tributes to our wonderful front-line workers, all made from flowerpots. You can stick your pots together, paint them, dress them up, stick things to them… let your imagination run wild! It’s a great project for the kids (of all ages – there’s no age restriction!) while we’re all at home. The aim is to make people smile while they’re going for their daily walk or just looking out of their windows while they’re isolating. We had planned to tie this event in with Lutterworth Summer Festival but, under the current circumstances, we’ve taken it online.

How long left do I have to enter?

The closing date for entries is Friday 3rd July!

Entries are now closed! Thank you to everyone who entered.

When do we find out who won?

Winners will be announced on Sunday 5th July – the day we would have held Lutterworth Summer Festival.

Why flowerpots?

We wanted to bring something a bit different to Lutterworth. Many towns and villages hold scarecrow festivals; there are far fewer flowerpot festivals. You can see some amazing
entries created by the residents of Settle in Yorkshire and find inspiration at
